I don't think anyone will really know that. Bitcoin and crypto are in the negative season for most of the threats of regulation rather than a cycle of organic adoption. I think momentum and the start of a bull cycle will happen when the demand response becomes pure… The pressures and efforts of bitcoin are in balance and that is essential for growth pure price. So, better predictions are expected to occur in anticipation of the next bitcoin price response.
Changes in the price of each coin in the market today cannot be separated from the encouragement and response of everyone, although what must be responded more primarily is Bitcoin because the coin can trigger movements for others in the market when there is a lot of demand for it in the market.
So the decline like now I think will not last long for Bitcoin and other coins.
