1. Why i don't get any info of my address?
With that kind of hashrate, it will take you forever to find a valid share that would register on the pool.
2. How i can calculate a minimum hashrate for at least luck mining?
There is no such thing but in general anything below a few tens of Gigahashes is pretty useless IMO.

It's the best or largest share you submitted since the last block found by the pool.
2. Why ckpool don't shows my stats at my address user?
Same as the answer above (your hashrate is 200mh)
5. A guy offers me a 4-5 terahash ASIC machine, Is it enough for solo mining?
If you have free power or otherwise use the heat to warm your room, maybe it's worth it, if not then it's not.
