I can't really say using stop lose is a good idea and Is not also a bad idea, but the only thing I will say is that is really a good idea for newbie that's just starting to trade cryptocurrency to use stop lose, so that you can cut your lost and also as a professional I can't say is a bad idea or a good idea, it depends on each trader's strategy or perspective.
