Have you ever (by "you" I mean members of Nigerian community) tried contacting Cyrus regarding your request as he is moderating Other Languages section to get any sort of feedback what would be the requirement for getting the local board. He helped us when we asked for more child boards in our local, so maybe you can get some answers from him.
The last time I knew we sent Cyrus PM was when we wanted Nigeria local thread to be pinned, CryptopreneurBrainboss did that after/before (I have forgotten if it is after or before but I remember it was exactly during the time and CryptopreneurBrainboss initiated the move) I created the request for the thread to be pinned. I think it is not bad if CryptopreneurBrainboss can send him PM about our activeness on the local thread and the reason we need a local baord and what is required of Nigerians to be given a local boards.
we appointed the leader of the group cryptoprenuerbrainboss to talk to Cyrus in Pm instead of going individually. We don't want it to appear as if it's our right, we are only demanding.
I hope Cryptoprenuerbrainboss is no more one side about language barrier as you call him a leader, let me hope so. He should always carry us along on the local thread about what is going on.
