If you want to sell a home for Bitcoin exchange you usually have to select some of the biggest countries in which cryptocurrency is widely used and buy and sell everything through cryptocurrency. Then you can easily sell your house in exchange for Bitcoin. Especially in the case of advertising, mentioning the location of your home, all that would be better. That's just my opinion.
