Currently the hype has reduced and its because of the current market sentiment. I believe it will still boom very soon. Everyone is in for the profits, and regarding art I have not seen some profitable news or record on it. I believe one need to be careful as regarding that so you that don't end up buying what you won't be able to sell. For me I only buy NFTs that I can use in game and I sell when I see a good profit.
