I was expecting Ledger would require me to send back the faulty device in return for a brand new product, but they have instead written me an email stating that they will send me a new one without requiring me to return the faulty one! To be honest, I'm quite surprised!
Now you should start praying that new device wont have any issues when it arrives, and you should still keep old device for spare parts in future.
All plastic parts are buttons are made from cheap materials and I already saw people complaining about quality, so you will probably need them, and maybe you can even use the screen.
One more positive thing is that you will have extra usb cable and papers for seed phrase backup.
