What if you  see someone who is interested in the property and the person  have no bitcoin to buy the property? 
If you see someone who is interested in the property and have no bitcoin, it will be better to sell  it in a currency  that is available to the buyer.  I believe you can easily get a buyer in the location where you are, when you sell it in any fiat currency you can use the money to buy bitcoin.
