What it comes to moving equipment near Finland, it's a couple weeks old video from military exercises. There's no proof that there would be any new military equipment next to Finnish border. (Source: I am Finnish)
Well, that's a good thing to hear. In response to Finland and Sweden announcing they are considering joining NATO, Russia has warned them. There have also been rumors about nuclear equipment being installed near the border. However, no further information nor military exercises have been announced until then.
There's a golden rule that applies in most cases, anything the enemy says, it's false propaganda and a rumor. While I'd take Putin's threats seriously, since he's currently invading Ukraine, he's certainly a world security threat, I highly doubt that he'd try something like that. He's already failing in Ukraine and at the same time, if something like this were to happen, the EU and NATO would probably step in to stop his advance.
