90% of telegram groups that exist today, on average are a bunch of scammers... when you join, you will see as if the group is "alive" but it turns out it's just a trick of a group of people to attract the trust of other members who don't know them.  surely someone will PM you and offer services to you, if there is something like that then you have to refuse them, there have been many cases of people being deceived by a group of people from the telegram group.
