Yeah you are right a new account looking for members to invest in a new project is practically impossible and ops may have to build the site to an operational level before it can attract investors if not that way no one from this forum will risk their money on such a project that have no prospect of succeeding at any time soon. I don't think asking for investors to just put their money in a developing project will and may not go well with most of us in this forum.
