I am not sure either it was earlier or not but now the payment rate for Hero/Legendary is 4$ per post and for sr member it is 3$ per post. No position for other rank and also minimum post should be 15. Reference is as mentioned below:
30x Hero/Legendary members - 4$/post (min 15 posts & max 25 posts)
2x Sr members - 3$/post (min 15 posts & max 25 posts)
So, I think there should be an update regarding the campaign Blackjack.fun
