I'd guess that the hash of a number of files can give stronger seed than from some words, but I am not good at this.
If you take one photo and sha256 the a few MB jpg, I'm pretty sure that won't ever be reproduced. But you'll need to keep the file secure, which basically brings you back to square one. Anything can be turned into a hash
