The results showed this vid, this one, and maybe one other.  I was blown away because while I'd certainly seen USB miners like the Moonlander and Gridseed, the ones in these videos looked like they were mining Monero.

Well, I read this post two more days ago. I have watched the videos you referred to. I also watched 30+ more videos. I was so depressed because none of them were English.

Doing a search I found what looks to be the manufacturer or seller of these devices, but both the videos and the website appear (to my ignorant eyeballs) to originate in India.

I am not Indian, but I know the language. None of the videos and websites are Indian. The manufacturer of these products is Indonesian. Surprisingly, All the videos I have watched are made by Indonesian Youtubers. There is not a single video in English, which is sad.

I'd really like to know what these huge USB sticks are and what people are saying about them.  If they're mining Monero and RTM, I'm wondering if they're some kind of CPU on a stick, if that's even possible.  Yes, I don't know much about computers but I'm trying hard to learn.
Does anyone feel like looking at the links above and telling me what you see?

Well, It took a bit longer to find out everything. But, Since I am a GPU miner, I never feel bored, and it was interesting.

According to their Website,

Each USB Stick gives you around 12000 H/s on the RandomX Algorithm. The USB Sticks cannot mine any other algorithm at this moment. So, Basically, you can Mine Monero and Quantum R L(QRL) or any other RandomX-based coins/Tokens.

A Youtuber from Indonesia also confirms this hash rate.

The Price of Each USB Stick is 2500000 (2.5m) Indonesian Rupee Which is around $174. It has 1 Year Service warranty.

According to the Whattomine, If You have 20 sticks which you gives around 240000 H/s. You can mine for around $8.94/day without the power cost (at the time I am writing) Feel free to check again from here when reading this post. Remember, These 20 sticks will cost you $3500.  Grin
