It seems the general consensus is the security issue and also the fact that “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.
I’ve learnt a lot from this thread and makes me realise AGAIN that there’s always more to learn.
But , there’s something still niggling at me  - I can pretty much generate a wallet out of anything - I like the idea of taking a picture of The Mona Lisa and generating a wallet from it for example. That would be pretty damn cool . Don’t worry I won’t though . Thanks for all the info folks
