The issue is not the creation, the problem is that they just raise funds list on dexes and abandon the projects despite giving many promises in Whitepaper. That's why before you invest you should do proper research and more important you shouldn't invest more than you can afford to lose.
Unfortunately some of these scam tokens creators package it with a well define roadmap and whitepaper at the same time paid some influencers to help them advertise and market their tokens in such a way that it will look real in a bid to deceiving newbie investors whereas it's fake, even with proper research some investors can fall for this type of trick, it's take proper diligence and scrutiny before any investor would ignore such type of project, cryptos are not regulated that is why every Tom, Dick and Harry just wake up and start creating tokens just to make money fraudulently.
