You can also use the website
https://imgbb.com on your smartphone and upload the screenshot here and then share the link.
Also, you can send us the ethereum transaction id so that we can verify you had sent the address on that address.
Show us that screenshot where the user has sent you the wallet address and then the ETH tx id where you have sent amount to that address.
This will prove that you have really sent the funds back to that user.
