I wouldn't bet on it. De facto: 50BTC did their business with stealing users money. It's a huge scam they did.

Anyway, 50BTC is nothing to do with the whole Bitmine situation - they've sent the money.
The only reason I am asking it here is because 50BTC was (is?) the shop that sold my friend this device. Guess I'll write to support
