Are you saying that the president of the country under attack can't ask for help? After all, he is asking for defensive weapons. There are Russian soldiers in his country, not Ukrainian soldiers in Russia. Why he have to surrend? Putin started this war and he should end it. They are the only one battling this and no country like USA help them send troops to combat Russia so I guess its total waste of human life if they still go war against big country like Russia. Asking for more weapons will just heat up more the conflict.
