Even if there’s no proof with regards to this one, still Roobet have to answer this but since OP is not active and I can’t see Roobet representative here it left us guessing for what happened on this account. Maybe there’s an error or what that’a why the bet is voided but still its better to answer this. Maybe we can expect a lot of this if this left unanswered.~
The proof he brings here is not complete enough and Roobet customer service already answered his issue. There is really nothing concerning, actually.

Well, this might be one of the strategy of its competitor, to just throw accusation without a strong proof. Roobet is still one of the best today, we may experience problem here but don’t panic just ask them for a reason and they will surely response, Roobet is very professional.
I have said it before and I’ll say it again that the proof given by him is too less to act on, and why has no one else faced this issue?, and furthermore his money was refunded to him which clearly shows that Roobet wasn’t interested in his money. Lastly there’s nothing left unanswered because Roobet has already told him the reason, and if they had dignified him with a reply then he would have continued to attack them under false pretences, hence a wise decision not to pay any attention to his posts.
