The photo is a from a model who actually works for us in our Marketing department, she is a model on her free time so I don't understand your point.

What are you trying to prove here? What kind of trial? For what? When posting a stock photo of a person, when should a more recent photo of her be added?
What else? Where are the social contacts of all your employees? What is their work experience? What were they doing before? Why are there only names?
What do you want to say here when you are not able to simply write a white document? Your editor steals phrases from other sites, thereby proving his unprofessionalism.
