Mystery solved rather quickly.  Using an online wallet generator has to be the worst thing a person could do to try and protect their Bitcoin.  With so many ways to generate your own address securely, why would you choose to do it over the internet using a 3rd party service?  Granted, I am very sorry for your loss, but I have to wonder why you decided to go the route you did.  Was it just easier for you?  You didn't consider it a risk? 

I don't think you really have any recourse, which is the shitty part about using cryptocurrency.  I would say if you're going to use a third party service to create your BTC address, you're better off just leaving it on an exchange and then you at least get 2FA and a person you can complain to if things go wrong.
