You didn't explain the specifics of your house, so how will other people be interested in buying it if they don't know the design of your house, land area, location, etc. If you intend to sell it then provide us with detailed information because it is possible that the people of your country or tourists are interested in buying it using Bitcoin.
If someone is interested they could DM him about it to know more, but I agree he didn't provide any info, at least the country that property is located at so that he avoids more a lot of people flooding his DMs, they won't be a lot anyways, the best way is to search about project that gives you the ability to list your property and do some research in them before trusting random ones, I found some of them when I googled them.
