this is always a very exciting topic to discuss. many people have panicked over bitcoin's decline, and time and time again myself and several others have said there is no need to panic.
this is commonplace, panic does not provide any solution. it will make you lose more and more money.
the point is to be patient, bitcoin is perfect for long-term investments. so you don't need to panic.
This thread was created in 2018 and 2018 was considered as the worst bitcoin price drop causing many investors to lose faith and leave the market at that time.
Now that I think things are different, fear still creeps into all of us but it's not so great that it makes us sell panic or give up on our goals. Bitcoin has shown that in the long run, it remains the most investable and most profitable asset for those who believe in Bitcoin.
Yeah, those are crazy times, from an all time high of $20,000 in December 2017, suddenly the price goes down very hard in 2018-2020, and that's what you call crypto winter for all of us. But for those who have survived it, for sure majority has gain a lot of profits already.
Nevertheless, history repeating itself again this 2022 and this could be the start of another long and grind bearish trend. But we will see, we've survived the previous bearish market, so obviously we can do it again.
