Crypto exchange Binance gave Rosfinmonitoring data of users from Russia.
Reuters reported that the head of the company for Eastern Europe and Russia, Gleb Kostarev, agreed to hand over customer data so that Rosfinmonitoring could track the bitcoins that were transferred in support of the opposition.
On April 21, Binance released an official announcement, according to which it will restrict access to its services to users who live in Russia and have assets worth more than €10,000. Such customers will only be able to use the withdrawal function.
