well when selling the token with the highest ATH and getting the token price to fall but the opportunity to buy the token is often ignored so we don't get the next profit when holding the token and waiting until the next ATH will come but that applies to good token projects if the project Bad tokens will continue to experience price declines, so it's not a loss if you just sell them without buying them back.
