Currently, metaverses are just a stub and very new most metaverses related projects are just hype only a few really work well like Sand, Decentraland, Vulcan Forged...
Although there are concerns, but Metaverse is predicted to grow and explode in the future. I think that's why tech giants like Facebook, Microsoft decided to join the metaverse market. Still can't say that the metaverse hype is over and we're too late to get in wait until the market bounces back we'll see if it's still worth the investment.
the main concerns with most of these metaverse tokens are that mostly of them are just half baked metaverse project that was initially just some memecoin and shitcoins being transformed as metaverse altcoins through the means of recycling some basic, bad rated games and adding some minor implementation of the underlying blockchain technology here and there.
the projects that you just mentioned are mostly dedicated and commited in building real metaverse projects meanwhile most of the projects nowadays that kinda related with metaverse are just made for money grabbing.
