I checked the reference link but it's in a Russian board, might as well address this issue first before continuing to offer this product.

not an accusation but an assumption.
We are already more than a month live with almost 1000+ cards issued and without 1 complaint. Safe to say, that we can continue offering our products. SERVICE UPDATE:As previous announced, we are really going to discontinue the reloadable cards within 48 hours. If you bought or going to buy a reloadable card, you can use the card until you hit the card limit, but you can't buy a new one.
(No changes for the preloaded cards, these are always available.)
The reason for this is, that we are upgrading our platform, and we are going to add plastic cards to our platform soon.
