I was about ready to say "link or it did not happen," but now I am of the impression that you might actually be in possession of such t-shirt, or did a friend e-mail the pic to you?..  
 


Of course, you are free to tell me to fuck off if you don't want to reveal too much OPsec; however, it seems that there should be ways to clarify what the pic means in the whole scheme of things without even giving up too much OPsec.. or even to lie about what the pic means.. or where it came from.. I am not even proclaiming that the truth must be told at all times, that's for sure, especially on the interwebs.
