It should be the VIP Host who understands about this weird if he doesn't use it while some people expect to have a VIP host.

Those reload amounts do seem low for reaching such high ranks in their vip program. The vip level update must of lowered them to these amounts for a reason.

There was something on their chat regarding this towards platinum 4 rank and they mentioned they got permanent reloads.
Which is correct as I had asked the owner Eddie about this and he confirmed but they would need to keep the amounts wagered consistent for the next 3 months for those to continue being permanent.
