The price of litecoin already stable since last year. Even when when crypto was on the bullish trend and the trend that happened in the litecoin is still the same as it's still very stable at that moment.
there needs to be a fundamental price change on other coins such as BTC and ETH.
Especially bitcoin as litecoin is fully following the price of bitcoin. it gets increase or down caused by bitcoin. As you can see that if these days litecoin is very very stable. People are not using this coin anymore to do any transaction.
People prefer to take another coin as their payment system for now. Litecoin actually useless as a payment system.
