You can lose some money in a few games where you have to manually choose what to do after placing the bets. Due to the lag, You were not able to do that. But, If some users complain they lose their money on dice games due to lag, Would you believe this? I don't think the lag can bring you to lose the bet On the Dice game because the game is provably fair.
Lag has nothing to do with the result, that is not possible to happen at all. If there is anything they think would help them, like for example being fast enough to change bets or whatever, then I would maybe understand the gambler's fallacy issue here, but if you are just focusing on the result being lagged, that's going to be more than gamblers fallacy, that's not understanding the basic concept. The thing that lagged is not the result, it's the result is shown to you, the result is already there the moment you click, the calculation is done, you just see it instantly or with a bit of lag if it happens, thats it.
