The best try would be stopping your address to be posted publicly. Most of the people join a lot of airdrops and sadly most of these airdrops are scam. They wont pay you anything but will collect your address and later make you a target. I hope you got the point I'm trying to make here.
You are right and people can easily create a different wallet address for all these airdrops if they wish to participate in those airdrops to avoid exposing their primary wallet even though I have noticed that even with you partaking in any airdrops, some of them still manage to drop in your wallet but you can simply ignore them.
Most of the airdrops today are just a waste of time. Some of the tasks are just spamming on social media and letting you put your information which we don't know if they are selling to other people. But, some of them are sending us their token but it would take years to have a value based on my experienced.
