Not a pleasant start on a site. What I don't understand is that Bitlucy is new to the forum, if you make an announcement that the site is online, then you just make sure that all functionalities work properly, right? I find it incomprehensible that if you have just been online for a few days, you immediately have to tinker with the payout system. Things like that should have been tested long ago. We've had many sites in the past with nice talk about "instant payouts" but if a player wanted to withdraw an amount, there were all of a sudden all kinds of obstacles. I hope that's not the case here, but like I said it's a bad trust defamation.
