Their withdrawals are processed only three times during the working days and only once per day during the weekend. In my particular case, it took 4 hours to receive the cashout.


I can confirm their withdrawal time. I had a couple of withdrawals so far and they took a couple of hours each to be completed. Anyway, I'm still pleased with this new casino as they avoid those deceptive attempts to manipulate or steal money. I was given my payouts with no additional check from their side.
As for the support team, I can't say anything as I had no cause to disturb them.
