Looks there are many issues with the site.Even their 'forgot password' pssword recovery does not work.I see no new password sent to my email.And apart from this,strangely they never reply to my support ticket sent through my email.

As of last time I remember, i sent a support mail to the team and they did reply me back promptly.

And to be honest I didn’t find any glitches or bugs in their site to be honest @ilvbtc .
I guess it’s might be some sort of error from your email service provider. Are you using gmail ? if so then you won’t find any difficulty for receiving the recovery email.
Also Betja team, i am unable to find live chat in the mobile version and yes I haven’t logged in into my id yet. Do i need to login in order to see this?
