It is possible that Elon Musk will introduce Doge as a means of payment on Twitter and the price of the coin will rise several times again. But this still will not allow Doge to overtake bitcoin in capitalization, as this was already the case last year.
Yes, I think that might be the idea that Elon Musk is coming up with. Instead of bitcoin, he might use his dogecoin as tipping payment for his Twitter.
He did it already with this Tesla, accepting bitcoin in the beginning and then changes his stance. But it didn't affect bitcoin that much and so I doubt that it will overtake bitcoin even if he introduces it again via his Twitter.
