Afaik, exchanges aren't legally required to freeze every russian ppl's funds otherwise every exchange would've been doing the same. I'm not sure if this is just another excuse to bag their users funds or they are actually taking their poop stance seriously. In any case, both are bad.

If you don't mind me asking, how are you gonna help these ppl whose funds are trapped?
