If ypu consider my personal Perspective then bro SOL is better fo the day to day usage low fees and a more Vast and Huge Ecosystem for the NFTs and Gaming Projects. Matic is stable and Sustainable Solution but the Popularity and the usage of the Sol is Much more greater as compared to the Matic.
One more thing Consider the LUNA in the Middle of both these chains Sustainability + Popular and in coming days may be It will dissolve the SOL .. lets see
