I requested last week the refund of money by wire transfer, they asked for a form send it back filled and no answer by now. Someone got the money back by wiretransfer? How long it taked?

Really i dont belive to much on those of bitmine after that long delays and seriusless...

Want some  confirmation about they are really giving back the money.
