You are not the first one who asks that question, unfortunately there was never a clear answer. Personally I think it may be something like an average from the last x days, week or month.
It doesn't seem to have to do with the average amount wagered from the last x days. It's actually the ratio of how much you wager to how much you get from free rolls what counts.

All wagering requirements are proportional to your total free winnings. So if you keep the ratio of how much you wager to how much you win from free plays the same the number of WoF you can exchange each day will remain the same.
Yes thats correct and it will tell you roughly where you are for the next tier on the free roll page. When I placed a load of bets it pushed me past 100% qualify figure and I get higher bonus from that. If you happen to just collect alot of the free rolls then it will drop back alot and after a while you lose that tier and get the base reward or whatever. It does give a readout % but basically its all about players who bet alot can get a bigger free roll
