I think you should also consider this topic[1] made by Insanerman whereas what factor or aspect should and should not a beginner gambler take when considering to trust a gambling platform. He talks about some key considerations of not having a subjective criticism towards reviews and feedbacks.
BTW, goodluck to your platform. I just hope it would rather be a radical point of view or conglomeration of point of views of legitimate users either in this forum or even on outside. Some reviews are just made by a team or a single person and not the collection of idea of a certain number of users (same statistical reviews creates a much stronger valid feedback)
