Careful, overpopulation can lead to Chronic Wasting Disease. Terrible way to die... far worse than a well placed 30-06.
Oh and those Coyotes need to be put in check immediately! When populations reach a level of packs of 4-5 they are certain to go after your spring calves. Also keep an eye open for black headed buzzards. They're known to peck the eyes out of newborn calves and then slowly eat them alive.
There is plenty of land around us where people hunt deer. Won't be killing any visiting our land.
Coyotes are another matter; I understand I will need to cull those. To wit, saw one carrying off a baby goat from a neighboring property, on one of our trail cams the other day

We don't allow people to hunt deer on our property either. But I can tell you from experience that, if you love to plant shrubs and flowers, they will find, eat and decimate all of it.
Put up an iron-clad deer fence around your house.
