Wow, pretty funny! Discounts on tickets for some games more than 90%. I don’t even know how to evaluate it - whether it’s a gift for the citizens of Qatar (who seem to be far from poor and have a high standard of living) or as a robbery from foreign fans, for whom the prices are quite high. By the way, as I understand it, all tickets are nominal and no speculation will be possible?
