That is, if you have extra time from time to time. No harm done on claiming those freebies.
But it is good that betfury integrate the farming itself in the site. Because some won't use the biswap because they need to buy BSW also to farm.
I mean since it is freebie, it's not a lot so I do agree that it wouldn't hurt but do not expect much from it neither. Getting whatever you can afford and then staking it and collecting the rewards would be a good return. We do not know how much BFG will worth in the future, we do not know if we should hold it for many years, but if you believe that it would be a good investment then this is the path, getting more for what you already own.
Collecting freebies and then waiting for the rewards of those freebies will take long time to mature, in a year or two you may actually turn that into something but I rarely seen anyone who would claim daily for years, that would be quite the difficulty.
