Its a long list and as you can see the country you are living in is included which thats why its really important on reading up FAQ links so that you would able to avoid such problems.
You missed the point, the exchange firstly didn't banned his country, but the government put ban on Bitcoin, so that's why the centralized exchange including LCX also banned the countries too. You can't know when your country will ban Bitcoin even your country currently still accept Bitcoin.

I don't think @OP can do much about this case, perhaps he need to wait until LCX unban his country. In addition, use decentralized exchange, not centralized one.
If his country or region is banned, can he transfer the ownership of that account to someone else to meet up with the rules and KYC? Does the KYC with a nationality from the banned country lock your account and you can't do anything about it or is it just a geotagging, IP ban? What about OP trying to log in to his account in a different country that doesn't ban crypto? Using VPN? Sell his account to someone else from a different country?
