I haven't played 1xBit yet, but it seems that 3 or 4 blocked accounts per month with over 20000 visitors per day, it is possible that these people (even without knowing it) violated the rules..  Roll Eyes

It seems that this is a problem that cannot be solved. Unfortunately, neither side can provide evidence that heve right.
It looks like your case is being investigate a second time, it is possible that this time 1xbit will give you the reason why your account was blocked and situation will be clearer.
