What happened to the ruble being the new world currency?
The ruble is the strongest fiat currency right now. It is entirely independent of the dollar. It is backed by the Russian army that guards 22% of the fertile land, 25% of all proven natural resources, 50% of the drinkable water, and the most stable tectonic plate on planet Earth!
O.k. I will bite.
Are you talking about 50% of the world's drinking water being in Russia or some other location, and is that drinkable water valuable to export?
Apparently, China has a water problem, and they are not very far from Russia.. so are you referring to that?
I may well agree with you that water is an important resource that can be used in a lot of beneficial ways including manufacturing and production.. and fresh water tends to be more cost-effective than salt water or even other kinds of hard water or water pollution.. but I still did not consider that Russia would have much of any strategic advantage in terms of its water resources as compared with other places in the world... and sure, if we get a kind of attraction of the world's manufacturing and production to want to go to Russia in order to take advantage of this water-class asset class, that could be material and significant to current world happenings, perhaps?
TLDR: I need better context for water superiority claims. Call me a dummy if you feel that it might help.
