[NHZ] is a fork of NXT - rock solid software which has been run for months....

We are concentrating on a better and fairer long-term distribution and adding new features!

We launched the blockchain beginning with its new genesis block on 22.03.2014 - 22:22:22 UTC time.

There’s no classical IPO for NeXT Horizon. The major part of existing NHZ will be spread out to people helping with the establishment, growth and acceptance. Examples for this are setting up stable nodes, providing services, contributing to client development, design tasks, or marketing. And anything else you can think of.

Cause of this you didn't miss any "early-adaptor-chance" -> it will be easy and fair for everyone to get some NHZ for a long time.
