Have any of you from the Nigerian local thread PMed theymos or Cyrus to speak with them and see how they feel about your request? They have certainly seen the thread, but you should ask the admins are there plans to create a Nigerian local or not. Ask them what you can do to help and which sub-boards you would like to have.
Our leader C.Brainboss has been sending PMs to both administrators since last month and has yet to receive a response, so for the time being, we are bumping the thread and pretending it has not reached the eyes of Thymos. Sometimes silence indicates progress, and other times it indicates neglect. We are still waiting with bated breath.
